Scope

These terms govern your use of this website and the services Bintel Technology Limited (RC 867925) describes on it. Project work is always confirmed in a written contract or statement of work; this document does not replace it.

Our services

Bintel Technology provides software engineering, system integration, data migration, cybersecurity, e-learning, and cloud, network and hardware services as described on this site. Quotes, timelines and prices are given in writing before work begins.

Contracts & payment

Work begins when both parties sign the applicable agreement. Payment terms, support periods and service levels are set out in that agreement. Where a project is awarded through public procurement, the terms of the award letter and contract prevail over these general terms.

Intellectual property

You own the systems we deliver to you once payment is complete, together with their documentation and source code where agreed. Bintel retains the right to reuse general know-how, tools and components that are not specific to your project, and may reference completed work with your agreement.

Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work, unless disclosure is required by law or by a regulator.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
